During the week, I work as Graphic Designer for the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. Outside of work, I am an age-group triathlete and I love doing long distance Bike Tours. I have been involved in Charity Rides (AIDS Rides), Bike Virginia events and one Tour of the French Alps to tackle Col de Glandon and watch the 2004 Tour de France. I am an avid reader and proud momma to two Bengal Cats. I am in a long term relationship with no kids (unless you count the cats!). I have two mottos - "Life is Good" and "Live STRONG!"
