Diagnosed 02/02/07. Last PSA prior to surgery: 35. Radical Prostatectomy 05/08/2007. Pathology Gleason: 9. Hormone Blocking: 15 Oct 2007 - present. Hormone blocking will continue until at least Dec 2009. External beam radiation therapy 15 Oct - 08 Dec 2007.
