Freelance writer/photojournalist, published in newsprint and magazines on the West Coast of Canada. Will be conducting "Wheels To Heal" a self-driven fundraising effort for the BC Cancer Foundation May 18-June 20, 2001 by circumnavigating the province of British Columbia. 34 days, 3175km. Other: mostly non-competitive endurance cyclist. Competed in three events, all on a mountain bike. Best results: 1st overall in a 100k endurance "populaire" and a 37.6kmh time trial over 18.2km. Other achievements include 1040km in 8 days, unsupported touring.
