Born in the UK in '62(38)I recently moved to Spain with Zoe and two kids Oliver (11) and Henry (10 months) after selling up my business. In sport, I was a rugby player until I retired at 33 then I discovered triathlon, since when I have become a committed clydesdale athlete completing Lanzarote Ironman in 99 and numerous shorter tris and marathons, although cycling is my strongest and favourite discipline. I made 4th in my category in the Windsor World Champs 2000.
Two weeks after Henry was born 03/20/2000 I was Dxed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and underwent radiation in August and moved to Spain September. I am currently training full time for Lanzarote Ironman, May, World Champs in Edmonton, July and the first Uk Ironman event in September.
