My life has been affected by cancer in that I lost both of my parents - Mom (lung, 1998) and Dad (colon, 2008) and my best friend Sharon (breast, 2008) - and I have numerous friends who fight this disease. I ride my bike, I raise money (www.rideyellow.org) and I raise awareness - all in hopes of educating people in terms of early detection / prevention and ultimately ERADICATION of this disease.
